While Hillside is mainly known for its musical performances, it also provides festivalgoers with a variety of rich and vibrant food and craft vendors. With unique vendors selling long boards, mandolins, and canoe paddles, Hillside offers a space to browse the incredible craftsmanship of local Guelphites. After spending hours on festival grounds, it’s quite easy to work up an appetite—roasted corn, burgers, dumplings, and Indian taco’s showcased diverse flavours suitable for all foodies. If you needed to cool off, organic ice cream and homemade popsicles served as the perfect refreshment.
