Sri Ananda Ji spoke of the benefits of Ananda Yoga on mental health in Peter Clark Hall on May 16.
“Ananda Yoga is a separate theme in the field of yoga; it combines the four streams of yoga and leads us to a place of happiness within,” Sri Ananda Ji told The Ontarion.

The yoga session ended with a group photo. Sri Ananda Ji also took selfies with his guests.
After the event, those in attendance were invited to stay for a one-on-one yogic consultation with Sri Ananda Ji so they could ask questions about yoga or health issues.
