The third period was a consistent back and forth with no goals being scored. However, in the last 15 seconds, the Gryphons capitalized on the Warriors’ fatigue and scored on an empty net. The win snaps the Warriors’ six-game win streak and proves that the Gryphons are definite contenders with the potential to repeat their OUA championship.
