here are lots of easy and free things you can do while at home, but some of the most important things you can do to keep yourself in order while socially isolating or self-quarantining are shower, get dressed, and make your bed. It may sound a little silly, but they will make you feel better.

- Sign up for a free trial of Netflix or Crave or Disney+
- Listen to some music
- Try crafting or making art
- Cook or bake (or learn how to cook or bake)
- Exercise from home (Youtube has some great yoga tutorials)
- Take a walk outside
- Read a classic book for free online
- Free public domain audiobooks
- Browse exhibits at the U of G Library online
- Take a virtual tour of museums and heritage sites
- Tour the Louvre online
- Explore the British Museum Online
- Take a course through the library
- Do a puzzle!
- Write a poem or short story (and send it to The Ontarion)
- Spend some time playing your favourite video game or try one out you haven’t before
- Play a board game and if you aren’t with your friends or family, try playing on Skype or Facetime
- Build a fort and have an indoor campout
- Start a journal
- Do an early spring cleaning of your home or room
- Practice learning another language
- Have a home spa day (there are plenty of DIY face mask recipes online)
