Miles Davis – Agharta
Miles Davis known to explore the boundaries of Jazz music released Agharta which was recorded live on February 1, 1975 at the Osaka Festival Hall in Japan. With its eclectic improvisational vibe Agharta infuses elements across different genres to be known as Jazz–Rock fusion. The stellar lineup was comprised of Davis (trumpet /organ) along with Sonny Fortune (soprano saxophone, alto saxophone, flute), Al Foster (drums), Michael Henderson (bass), Pete Cosey (lead Guitar), Reggie Lucas (rhythm guitar, synthi, percussion) and James Mtume (percussion, water drum, rhythm box).
